No. Currently we are just based in Karachi. We aim to set up stations in all other metro cities in the near future.

ACF runs an animal shelter in Karachi. We collect funds and feed, medically treat and provide water to all the animals on a daily basis. We have our own van for rescue missions. We also set up donkey camps across the city on a fortnightly basis to provide free medical treatment, food and water to these beasts of burden that are treated atrociously.

We also have a spay-neuter programme in place where our team of vets aims to neuter and spay a certain number of healthy strays a week before we set them free in an animal friendly area of Karachi.

The shelter is not a suitable environment for animals accustomed to living in a home as a pet and they often do not survive at the shelter. Pets include any animal you are attached to.

We use to it to buy food and medicines, blankets, toys etc on a monthly basis for the shelter animals. We also use it towards our donkey camps and fuel and upkeep of our van. The money also goes towards our employees’ salaries and towards the general upkeep and maintenance of the shelter.
